1. General Return Conditions
14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Requirements
Items must be:
β’ unused & unworn
β’ in original condition
β’ with all packaging and tags attached
β’ supported by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
We will replace or refund if:
β’ you received the wrong item, size, or colour
β’ items are missing
β’ the product arrives damaged or defective
β’ the measurements differ more than 3 cm from the size chart
Email us with photos + your order number so we can assist you quickly.
3. Quality Standards
We will replace or refund items that are genuinely defective, such as:
β’ broken zippers
β’ holes or damaged fabric
β’ missing components
β’ packaging damaged during transit
Not considered defects:
β’ sizing differences within a normal range
β’ item fits differently than expected
β’ personal preference/dissatisfaction
β’ packaging damaged while being opened
4. Delivery & Shipping Issues
We will reship or refund in the following cases:
β’ EU delivery exceeds 35 days from dispatch
β’ Non-EU delivery exceeds 37 days
β’ parcel confirmed lost in transit
β’ tracking has no update for an extended period

β’ undelivered parcel despite complete & correct address
Not eligible:
β’ tracking shows βdeliveredβ
β’ claim made after 6+ months
β’ packaging damaged by customer upon opening
5. Exchanges

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
β’ Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days
β’ Refunds go to your original payment method
β’ Your bank/card provider may take extra time to update the balance

7. UK Consumer Rights
Under UK law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel and return your order within this timeframe.
Items must meet the conditions listed in Section 1.
