1. Parties & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries between Flowbuy (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”) and its customers (the “Buyer”, “you”). By placing an order or using this website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or making purchases. We reserve the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to check regularly.

2. Offers, Agreements & Acceptance

All offers on this site are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. A binding agreement is formed when you complete an order and we confirm it, typically by email. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect data, stock limitations, or other legitimate concerns.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotional offers may change before you place your order. Payment must be made using the methods provided during checkout. The purchase is confirmed only once payment is successful.

4. Delivery & Transfer of Ownership

We aim to deliver orders within 7 to 14 working days, unless another timeframe is specified. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Ownership of the items transfers to you once we have received full payment (including shipping). We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Cancellation & Returns (UK & EU)

5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

5.2 Return Procedure
You must inform us (e.g., via info@flowbuy.co.uk) before the expiry of the withdrawal period that you intend to return. Items must be returned unused, with all original labels and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated or legally required. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days, assuming the return meets our conditions.

5.3 Exceptions
Some goods (e.g., made-to-order or customised items) may be excluded from the right of return, to the extent permitted by law and if clearly indicated.

6. Warranty & Liability

You retain all statutory warranties applicable under UK law (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and any relevant EU law. We do not provide any additional warranties unless explicitly stated. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the value of the purchase. Exclusions or limitations of liability shall only apply to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain valid. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes shall be handled by the courts in the Netherlands—unless you have a stronger legal claim under your national law.
